JOIN RTC TODAY!
To sign up for service and join RTC, follow the steps below.
- Fill out, print, and sign the Residential Application or Business Application.
- Fill out, print, and sign a W-9. This is needed because RTC pays Capital Credits to members.
- Fill out, print, and sign the Account Security Questions form.
- Provide a copy of your valid government-issued photo ID.
- Mail all of the above item to RTC, PO Box 68, Parshall ND 58770 or fax them to 701.862.3033.
