JOIN RTC TODAY!

To sign up for service and join RTC, follow the steps below.

1. Fill out, print, and sign the Residential Application or Business Application. The w-9 form is needed because RTC pays Capital Credits to members.
2. Fill out, print, and sign the Account Security Questions form.
3. Provide a copy of your valid government-issued photo ID.
4. If you’re interested in signing up for one of our convenient payment options, complete this form.
5. Mail all of the above items to RTC, PO Box 68, Parshall ND 58770,  fax them to 701.862.3033 or email rtc@RTC.coop.
