In 2012 RTC will award nine scholarships, each in the amount of $1,000. There will be one scholarship awarded in each of our eight Director Districts and one scholarship at large. RTC encourages students to consider institutions of higher education located within the state of North Dakota. RTC encourages all eligible high school seniors to apply! The Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) offers an annual college scholarship program to help further higher education among rural youth. In May of 2012, FRS will award $75,000 in the form of thirty, $2,500 scholarships to rural high school seniors across the United States. Click here for more information.
